Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Oil Check Valves and Oil Separator Assembly Overview ] See: Oil Pump/Oil Pressure Regulator

Valve/Service and Repair/Oil Check Valves and Oil Separator Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace the gasket.

Install upper coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Upper Coolant Pipe ] See: Cooling System/Coolant Line/Hose/Service and Repair/Upper Coolant Pipe.

Install left lower section of the intake manifold.

Install crankcase ventilation hoses. Refer to => [ Crankcase Ventilation Hoses ] See: Powertrain Management/Emission Control Systems/Positive
Crankcase Ventilation/PCV Valve Hose/Service and Repair.
