‹› From January, 2008, A/C units which have an additional connection for the glove compartment cooling are being installed. Refer to => [ Glove
Compartment Cooling ] See: Description and Operation/A/C System Components Inside Passenger Compartment. Make sure that the correct right
radiator housing and air intake housing are installed.
Removing
-
Move the passenger seats as far back as possible.

Switch off ignition.

Remove glove compartment.

Disconnect the harness connector - A - from the temperature sensor (only on the "Comfort" A/C system).

Remove the screws - B -.

Remove the right footwell vent - C -.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following.

Check the A/C Control Head Climatronic Control Module (J255) DTC memory, and erase the malfunction displayed if necessary (only on the
"Comfort" A/C system). Refer to Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051 in the "guided fault finding"
