Remove instrument cluster to driver's side between steering wheel and instrument cluster.
Installing

Carrier/Service and Repair/Instrument Cluster and Controlled Clock Receiver Assembly Overview.
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Continue following instructions on (VAS 5051B) with a new instrument cluster.
