12V Socket Illumination

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Release Tool (T40148)

Removing

-

Remove the center console. 

-

Unclip the wire from the bracket - arrow -.

‹› The release tabs - 2 - on the release tool (T40148) must engage in the openings in the 12V Socket (U5) - item 3 - - arrow - and the threaded pin - 

1 - must slide down as far as the stop. 

-

Open the 12V connector cover - 1 - and hold it in this position.
