If the specified values are obtained:

Remove engine cover. Refer to the appropriate service information.
Checking internal resistance

Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (G42)/Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor (G71) - 4 -electrical harness connector.

Using a multimeter, check the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (G42)/Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor (G71)itself, terminals 1 to 3
for resistance.
