Power Distribution Module: Service and Repair

Vehicle Electrical System Control Module

Removing

-

If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or " Guided
Functions" Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051.

-

Select the function or path:

-

Follow further instructions on display of (VAS 5051B).

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove the driver side instrument panel cover.

-

Disengage the 3-pin relay/fuse panel by pressing the retaining springs in the - direction of the arrow - and remove the relay/fuse panel - 1 -.

-

Remove the electrical wire - 1 - on the 4-pin relay/fuse panel.
