‹› The connection of selector rod to selector mechanism must move freely
Align Shift Lever as Follows

Center bottom of shift lever in middle of shift lever support.
‹› Distance from shift lever support to bottom of shift lever - arrows - must be equal at all places.

Align shift lever so that it points in direction of travel and faces only very slightly (3.5 degrees) toward right.
