Front coolant pipe, removing and installing

Special Tools and Equipment

3094 hose clamps

Oil receptacle

Removing

Note:  All cable ties opened or cut during engine removal must be reinstalled at the same locations during installation.

Remove intake manifold, Refer to Intake Manifold, Service and Repair.

-

Toothed belt, removing, Refer to Timing Belt,Service and Repair.

-

Remove camshaft gears from left cylinder head.

-

Unscrew bolts -1- and -2- and remove toothed belt guard at rear left.

-

Place oil pan underneath.

-

Clamp off both hoses at hydraulic fluid supply line using 3094 hose clamps.

-

Disconnect both hydraulic hoses from supply line.
