Disconnect coolant hoses at front coolant pipe.

-

Remove bolts -1- and -2- and move lines at coolant pipe to side.

-

Remove coolant pipe toward front (arrow).

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:

Notes:

Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type, Refer to Parts Supplier

Replace O-rings.

Clean and/or smooth O-ring sealing surface before installing.

Coat new O-ring with G12 and slide onto coolant pipe.

-

Slide front coolant pipe into the hole at rear coolant pipe.

-

Install intake manifold, Refer to Intake Manifold, Service and Repair.

-

Install toothed belt (adjust timing),Refer to Timing Belt,Service and Repair.
