VAG1383 A engine/transmission jack

Removing

Vehicle is standing on its wheels over a car lift 

^

Raise vehicle.

^

Remove cover (arrows)

^

Remove stone impact protection plate for mounting bracket(only for rough terrain suspension)

Note:  To remove and install mounting bracket, use engine/transmission jack VAG1383 with holder 135912.

Remove bolt -2- on left and right, and lower engine and transmission jack.
