Shift Interlock Solenoid: Service and Repair

Shift Lock Solenoid Switch, removing and installing

Removing 

-

Remove shift mechanism, Refer to Shift Linkage.

-

Shift selector lever into "P" position.

-

Remove 4 bolts -arrows-.

-

Raise strap -1- and remove frame -2-.

-

Shift selector lever into "D" position.

-

Disengage lever for locking cable -arrows-.

-

Drive out pin -2- using a drift.

-

Lever off Shift Lock Solenoid -N110- -Item 1- using a screwdriver together with a locking lever upward out of the gearshift lug.
