ATF lines, removing and installing
Note: Observe the following:

Rules of cleanliness.

General repair instructions.
^
Lightly lubricate O-rings with Vaseline . Any other greases may lead to malfunctions in the hydraulic controls of the transmission.

Insert ATF lines in transmission or ATF cooler by hand completely to stop.
1. Bolt - 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.)
2. Bolt - 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
3. Bolt - 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
4. Bolt - 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.)
5. Bolt - 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
6. ATF line from cooler

Observe label on transmission housing
7. ATF line to cooler
^
Observe label on transmission housing
8. O-ring
^
Always replace
1. Bolt - 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
2. 0-ring
^
Always replace
3. Bolt - 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
4. O-ring
^
Always replace
