Tighten bolts (arrows) by hand and then tighten to final torque.

Note:  When first tightening bolts by hand, make sure the housing gap between intermediate flange for front final drive and transmission housing
decreases evenly at circumference.

^

Install transfer case.

^

Change ATF and top off after repair work.

Tightening torques

Securing bob for intermediate flange for front final drive at transmission housing .....................................................................................................  23 Nm
Securing bolts for transfer case via intermediate flange for front final drive at transmission housing ........................................................................  23 Nm
