Shifter CVT: Service and Repair

Removing 

-

Push shaft piece -1- downward up to stop.

-

Pull button -2- from selector lever handle up to catch point (dimension "a") and pull handle upward.

Dimension a = 3 mm 

Installing 

-

Remove button -2- on dimension "a" carefully from selector lever handle -3-.

At the same time insert handle -3- with button -2- in driving direction onto selector lever until stop.

Turn handle -3-, so that button -2- faces the driver. When doing this, the handle slides into a vertical groove of the selector lever.

Connect handle -3- completely on to selector lever. It must then engage in a ring groove.

Press button -2- into handle of selector lever -3

-

Pull shaft piece -1- upward until it engages on handle for selector lever.
