Location: Integrated in printed circuit for the Transmission Range (TR) Selector Lever Display
The switch consists of 3 position sensors (-A-, -B-, -C-) that are triggered by a magnet located on the Transmission Range (TR) Selector Lever
Display
A - Sensor for downshift
B - Sensor for Tiptronic recognition
C - Sensor for upshift

Can be tested in "Reading measuring value block".

In case of malfunctions, first check whether solenoid is properly attached to slide -C-, replace slide if necessary. Only replace selector lever display
and integrated printed circuit after checking all wiring and connections. For vehicles with Tiptronic steering wheel also check buttons on steering
wheel.
