Hands-free Microphone, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Carefully pry out cover for interior light operating device -1-.

-

Remove both Phillips-head screws -2- from operating device -3-.

-

Operating device can be carefully flipped out downward at windshield, to be able to disconnect harness connector for hands-free microphone
(arrow) in roof liner.

To remove microphone, press in four catches at microphone take-up -4- in cover of interior light operating device.

NOTE:  Make sure hands-free microphone is properly inserted. On a LHD left-hand- drive-vehicle, the part of the hands-free microphone with the
connecting wires must be on right (arrow) and for a RHD right-hand-drive vehicle they must be on the left

Installing:

-

Install in reverse order of removal.
