Assembly overview
WARNING:

Always replace self-locking nuts.

Do not re-use fasteners that are worn or deformed in normal use.

Some fasteners are designed to be used only once, and are unreliable and may fail if used a second time. This includes, but is not limited to, nuts,
bolts, washers, circlips and cotter pins. Always follow recommendations-replace these fasteners with new parts where indicated, and any other
time it is deemed necessary by inspection.

Always replace corroded nuts and bolts.
^
Do not attempt to weld or straighten the axle beam.
1. Bolts M8 x 22
2. Stabilizer bar
3. Bracket
4. Self-locking nuts

Always replace

20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
5. Bolt M10 x 50
6. Connecting link
^
Installation position: bend faces outward
7. Self-locking nut

Always replace
^
50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.)
8. Threads in wheel housing
^
If threads of nuts welded to wheel housing (in body) are damaged, threads can be repaired with Heli-coil thread insert
9. Bolts

45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.)
