Power Seat Motor: Service and Repair
Seat Adjustment Actuators, Removing and Installing

NOTE:  When disassembling and repairing, ensure that actuators are not turned. Before installing actuators, ensure that both are in fully extended
position.

Remove seat from vehicle, See: Service and Repair 

-

Remove Torx screws (arrows) and separate seat pan from lower seat frame.

Remove seat backrest, See: Service and Repair

Front height adjustment actuators
Removing

-

Remove circlip and pull out bolt (arrow).

-

Pull drive shaft with guard tube from actuator.

-

Using screwdriver, slightly lift spindle frame and screw out adjuster by hand.

Installing

Install all components in reverse order of removal.

Rear height adjustment actuators
Removing

-

Remove circlip and take out bolt (arrow).

-

Pull drive shaft with shaft tube from actuator.

-

Using screwdriver, slightly lift spindle frame and screw out adjuster by hand.

Installing

Install all components in reverse order of removal.
