Additional required parts must be ordered by you from your facing parts depot. Please refrain from over-ordering any of these injector kits: you may be
required to return excess inventory.

Parts Disposal

All removed injectors and connecting parts must be immediately disposed of in accordance with federal, state and/or local disposal requirements.

Replacement Time/Reimbursement

To ensure prompt and proper payment, be sure to enter the correct code applicable to the model and the work performed. Recall claims will only be paid
for vehicles which show the KS code in the V-Crest campaign inquiry system on the day of repair.

KS Data Entry Procedure

For vehicles which, are unreachable, please enter into the system one of the codes indicated as applicable:

KS 20 Customer Refused Repairs
KS 30 Total Loss
KS 40 Vehicle Stolen
KS 50 Vehicle Exported
KS 60 Customer Moved - No Forwarding Address
KS 70 Vehicle Sold - New Owner Unknown

Additional Campaigns

Some of the affected vehicles may also be involved in additional corrective actions. Please check your V-Crest campaign inquiry system so that any
additional required work can be done simultaneously.

Recall Verification

For verification, always check your V-Crest recall inquiry system. The V-Crest system is the only campaign verification system; other systems are not
valid.
