Seat Bench Heating Element, Removing And Installing

Removing and installing seat heating element element (glued)

Glued seat heating element up to VIN 4BW092 308 for leather or 4BW101 414 for imitation leather / fabric.

-

Remove seat bench.

-

Remove seat cover on side where seat heating element is to be replaced.

-

Cut electrical wire off old heating element - 1 -.

-

Glue new heating element onto old one (avoid creasing).

-

Insert heating element into folds at locations marked - 4 -.

-

Insert wire - 2 - into slot - 3 - provided.
