Seat Heating Element, Removing And Installing

Seating area with heating element, attached to cushion foam

Removing
-

Remove seat.

-

Remove seat surface extension and disconnect both harness connectors of the heating element for the seat surface extension.

-

Pull cover off seating area.

-

Disconnect harness connector - 2 - for seat heating element at green harness connector underneath seat.

-

Remove harness connector - 3 - for seat heating element wire.

-

Release cable mounts at heated seat cable.

Installing
-

Cut cable from old heating element.

-

Secure new seat heating element onto old heating element without folding or creasing.
