Keep tension on tool so that retaining tabs do not reengage at ball head

-

Pull brake pedal from ball head (arrow -B-)

-

Remove retaining clip -1- from pivot pin -2-.

-

Loosen socket-head screw -3- until it has exited insertion recess (arrow).

-

Move pivot pin -2- to the left until brake pedal can be removed.

-

Remove brake pedal.

Installing 
Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:
-

Do not tighten socket-head bolt -3 - until the retaining disc has been placed on the pivot pin for clutch and brake pedals.
Adjusting brake light switch.
Adjusting vent valve for cruise control system, Refer to Cruise Control.
