Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 91 number 09-12 dated March 11, 2009 for reasons listed below.

Affected Vehicles

CONDITION

Customer may complain that the phonebook and/or call list is not downloaded to the MMI system anymore. The customer's phone still pairs to the phone
preparation and calls can be placed and received.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

This condition may appear after a MMI Zug software update was performed in the vehicle and the customer did not delete the Bluetooth Device ID
(AUDI UHV ****) from the Bluetooth Device list of the cell phone.

PRODUCTION SOLUTION

Not applicable.

SERVICE

Instruct the customer to:

1. Delete (unpair) the Bluetooth Device Audi ******* from the cell phone's Bluetooth Device list.

2. Pair the cell phone and the vehicle anew.

3. If the cell phone call list is still not downloaded, delete the call list (or missed, received, dialed call lists).
