^ The hole for the alarm switch has been cut out of the door panel.

2. Place towels or foam on a flat work surface to protect the finished side of the door panel from scratches and dings during this repair.

3. Place the door panel on the towels or foam with the finished side down so you may work on the unfinished side.

4. Using the VAS 5155 applicator, apply adhesive D 180 KU1 A1 in the area indicated by the arrows in Figure 3.

NOTE:

Do not apply to much adhesive near the hole for the switch; otherwise, the switch may not fit into the hole after the adhesive has dried.

5. Allow the adhesive to dry for a minimum of 1 hour.

6. Install the door trim panel on the vehicle
