Make sure the rubber makes contact around brake caliper housing - arrows -

Press piston into brake caliper by hand
‹› The inner sealing lip of the protective cap thereby slips into the groove on the piston.
‹› Bleed the brake system after servicing and installing the brake caliper. Refer to => [ Bleeding Brake System ] See: Service and Repair
