Remove the affected Camshaft Adjustment Solenoid Valve(s).

Thoroughly inspect the Hydraulic Mechanism of the Solenoid Valve(s) and its mounting location in the cylinder head for any debris.
If there is any debris inside the Hydraulic Mechanism:

Replace affected Solenoid Valve(s) and clean out its mounting location in the cylinder head thoroughly.

DO NOT replace the Camshaft Adjusters!
If there is no debris present inside the Hydraulic Mechanism:
^
Check the correct function of the Camshaft Position Sensor(s) (G40/G163/G300/G301) of the affected camshaft(s) with Guided Fault Finding.
^
Follow Guided Fault Finding for further Diagnosis.
