One of three camshaft sealing caps (part number 06B 103 113 C) may be missing.

The following DTCs may be present:

DTC 17544 P1136 (Bank 1, Long Term Fuel Trim (add) - System too Lean).

DTC 17546 P1138 (Bank 2, Long Term Fuel Trim (add) - System too Lean).
