Tighten exhaust manifold in 2 stages in sequence indicated as follows.
-
Pre-tighten nuts to 15 Nm.
-
Tighten nuts to 25 Nm.
-
Install right front exhaust pipe with catalytic converter.
-
Align exhaust system free of tension

Exhaust manifold to cylinder head.

Heat shield to heat shield bracket

1. Replace nuts.
2. Grease with hot bolt paste.
