Condition

Instrument Panel (IP) Cluster does not display information from following systems:

Radio

^

CD changer

^

Navigation

^

Telephone

At same time, ALL of the following MMI conditions are present:

^

MMI time display is frozen and differs from IP Cluster time display.

^

MMI not illuminated when lights are switched ON.

^

MMI does not display temperature when selected from climate control.

^

MMI functions cannot be operated using controls of multi-function steering wheel.

Possible Cause:

Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- (Gateway) not transferring CAN bus data to MOST bus and vice-versa.

Therefore, MMI system can't communicate with IP cluster, climate control, and multifunction steering wheel.

Gateways possibly affected:
