Removing

Remove return spring with slip ring. Refer to => [ Airbag Spiral Spring/Return Spring With Slip Ring ].

Remove Steering Angle Sensor (G85) - item 1 - - arrow -.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

After replacing the steering angle sensor (G85) it must adapted in "Guided Fault Finding" or in "Guided Functions " Vehicle diagnosis, testing and
information system VAS 5051.

Select the function or path:

Follow further instructions on display of (VAS 5051B).
