Carefully insert Fuel Level Sensor 2 G169 in fuel tank opening.

Install new locking flange seal dry.

Press locking flange down against spring pressure and bring it into installation position.

Tab - 2 - on locking flange must lie between tabs - 1 - and - 3 - on threaded ring.

NOTE:  To install, position union nut so that the double ridge - 1 - of the ribs aligns with tab - 2 - of the locking flange. This will make it easier
for union nut to engage beginning of Fuel Level Sensor 2 G169, removing and installing thread - 3 -.

Tighten union nut for left locking flange.

CAUTION:  When tightening union nut, make sure the locking flange does not turn with it, otherwise the locking flange seal may not be secure.

Install rear seat bench.

-

Connect battery. Observe safety precautions after connecting battery.
