After replacing the Throttle Valve Control Module (J338), it must be adapted. For this purpose switch on ignition for at least 30 Sec. without
starting the engine or depressing the accelerator pedal.

If no malfunctions are detected in the wiring and if the voltage supply was not OK:

Replace the Engine Control Module (ECM) (J623) => [ Engine Control Module, Replacing ] See: Engine Control Module/Service and
Repair/Engine Control Module, Replacing.

Switch the ignition off.

The Engine Control Module (ECM) (J623) now requires approx. 3 Sec. to store the learned value. At this time, the ignition must not be switched on
again.

Assembly is performed in reverse order of removal, note the following: 

After repair work, the following work steps must be performed in the following sequence:

1. Check the DTC memory. Refer to => [ Diagnostic Mode 03 - Read DTC Memory ] See: Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and
