Before disconnecting electrical connection, technician must discharge electrostatic energy. To do this, briefly touch door lock, for
example.

Press securing catch - 1 - in - direction of arrow - until connection disengages.

Remove electrical connector - 2 -.

Remove screws - 3 -, - 4 -, -  7 - and - 9 - and remove airbag unit bracket -  8 -.

-

Remove nuts - 1 -, - 2 -, -  5 - and - 6 -.
