Metal Valve Body

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)

Place metal valve with rubber seal through rim from inside.

Position beveled washer and union nut from outside and tighten => [ (Item 7) Union nut ] See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Procedures/Wheel

Secure against turning with counterhold - 1 - (e.g. drill bit dia. 2 mm).

Press wheel electronics - 1 - into bed and fasten at rear of valve with microencapsulated screw => [ (Item 6) Microencapsulated screws ] See:
