Install brake disc, screw on brake caliper.

Install wheel.

On vehicles with air suspension, position vehicle on wheels. Refer to => [ Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels ] See: Service and
Repair/Procedures/Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels.

Tighten wheel.

Tighten collar bolt for outer joint of drive axle (only tighten when vehicle is standing on its wheels "danger of accident"). Refer to => [ Drive Axle

Assembly/Service and Repair/Procedures/Drive Axle Outer Joint Collar Bolt, Loosening and Tightening.

On vehicles with automatic headlamp range control system, perform basic setting of headlamps.

-

Adapt control position again on vehicles with air spring suspension. Refer to => [ Control Position, Programming ] See: Suspension Control (
Automatic - Electronic )/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Control Position, Programming.

Perform vehicle alignment. Refer to => [ Vehicle Alignment Procedure Overview ] See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Procedures/Vehicle
Alignment Procedure Overview.

Alignment must take place on a VW/Audi recommended alignment stand.
