Windshield Wiper Arms

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Windshield Wiper Arm Tool Set (T10369)

Removing

‹› If the windshield wiper motor is to be run during the work procedure, the hood must be closed, otherwise the voltage supply of the wiper motor

will be interrupted.

Bring windshield wiper into service position. Refer to=> [ Windshield Wipers, Service Position ] See: Description and Operation.

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

Pry off cover caps on wiper arms using a screwdriver.

-

Loosen nuts - arrows - several rotations.

-

Position the Puller (T10369/1) on the wiper arm - 1 - as illustrated.

-

Position the thrust piece - 2 - on the wiper axle. 

-

Rotate the bolt - 3 - clockwise until the wiper arm is removed from the axle.
