Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair

Power steering pump, assembly overview 

Note:

Always replace seals

Do not reuse fluid you have drained.

Hydraulic fluid: Part No. G 002 000

When replacing the power steering pump always check alignment of the pulleys for A/C compressor and power steering pump.

- Screw and washer assembly, 22 Nm

- Socket head bolt, 22 Nm

Used to balance out tolerances

- Banjo fitting, 47 Nm
