Rear Axle Beam Final Drive to Axle Beam

Final drive to axle beam, removing and installing 

1. Axle beam

Aligning to Vehicle.  See: Adjustments

2. Axle beam bonded rubber mounts
3. Bolts M10 x 75
4. Socket-head bolt M 10 x 45

^

55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.) 

5. Nut

^

40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) 

6. Washer
7. Socket-head bolt M10 x 25

^

40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) 

8. Final drive support

^

Refer to replacing bonded rubber mount.

9. Final drive servicing.

10. Crossmember 

^

Pressing in and out bonded rubber mounts.
