First hand-tighten bolts for valve body -arrows-.

Note:  The bolts have different lengths. Be sure to use the correct ones when installing.

Arrow A-: 5 bolts M6 x 30

Arrow- 15 bolts M6 x 60

Arrow B-: 1 bolt M6 x 55 (chromated, silver)

Now tighten bolts for valve body from inside-out with 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.) to final torque.
