Tighten bolts => [ Timing chain lower cover tightening sequence ] See: Timing Chain Covers Assembly Overview.
The rest of installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install crankshaft seal, transmission side => [ Crankshaft Sealing Ring, Transmission Side, Replacing ] See: Seals and Gaskets/Crankshaft Main
Bearing Seal/Service and Repair/Crankshaft Sealing Ring, Transmission Side, Replacing.

Install oil filter housing => [ Oil Filter Housing ] See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Filter Housing/Service and Repair/Oil Filter Housing.

Install intake manifold.

Install left and right timing chain covers => [ Installing ] See: Timing Chain Covers.

Install drive plate => [ Drive Plate ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Flex Plate/Service and Repair/Drive Plate.

Install automatic transmission.

Add engine oil and check oil level => [ Engine Oil Level, Checking ] See: Engine Lubrication/Testing and Inspection.
