Installing

‹› When installing the brake lamp sensor, the plunger adjusts itself automatically. 

‹› The brake pedal must remain in end position during installation and must not be moved.

‹› The brake pedal must be connected with the brake booster.

Install the brake lamp sensor into the bracket - C - on the brake pedal and gently press it in - arrow A -.

‹› The brake lamp sensor must engage audibly with all three retaining tabs.

‹› Do not turn the sensor when it is in the bracket on the brake pedal. 

‹› When installing the brake lamp sensor, the plunger adjusts itself automatically.

Turn the colored piece on the brake lamp sensor all the way to the right - arrow B -.

Connect the connector.

Install the driver side storage compartment. Refer to=> Body Interior 68 Removal and Installation.

 Check the brake lamp sensor function after installing it and before driving.
