On vehicles with parking aid, remove right side trim. Refer to=> Body Interior 70 Removal and Installation.

Release clip - arrow A - and swivel Parking Aid Control Module (J446) - item 4 - out of mounting frame - arrow B -.

Connectors - 1 through 3 - remain connected.

Remove the screws and nuts - arrows -.

Remove mounting frame - 1 - for control modules.
‹› Towing Recognition Control Module (J345) does not need to be removed.
Vehicles with car jack bracket:
