All:

Release locking mechanisms - arrows - and remove secondary relay carrier in E-Box right plenum chamber upward. 

-

Unclip bracket for additional fuses on relay and fuse carrier.

-

Remove relay or control modules, then unclip respective relay carrier.

NOTE:  For exact assignment of secondary relay carrier E-Box right plenum chamber, refer to current wiring diagram.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

-

Connect battery. Required actions.

-

Adjust wiper arms.

Tightening torques

Electrical wires to main fuse carrier 

9 Nm

Cover to E box right plenum chamber 

4 Nm

Cowl grille to blower box  

2.7 Nm
