Tire Pressure Monitoring Control Module 2

Removing

The tire pressure monitoring control module 2 (J793) is located under the glove compartment.

Before removing control module, read out code using Guided Fault Finding in "Replace control module" function.

Remove glove compartment.

-

Unclip control module - 1 -.

-

Disconnect connector - 2 - and remove control module. 

-

Remove tire pressure monitoring control module 2 (J793) - 1 - and disconnect the connector -  1 -.

Installing

Installation is in reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:

If Tire Pressure Monitoring Control Module 2 (J793) is replaced, system must be recoded.

Connect the VAS 5051 and select the control module in "Guided Functions"
