Release retaining clips - arrows - with a screwdriver - 2 - and remove cover -1 -

-

Disconnect Ground (GND) strap at battery Ground (GND) terminal - arrow -.

-

Remove rear seat bench.

-

Remove cover for left locking flange - arrows -.

CAUTION:  The fuel level sensor 2 G169 may only be removed when fuel tank is maximum 1/4 full. Otherwise, a large amount of fuel will
spill out.

Remove left union nut using Ring nut spanner T40068. 

NOTE:  When union nut is loosened, plastic catch on threaded ring breaks off - ignore.
