Interior Lighting Module: Service and Repair

Front Interior Light Module, Removing And Installing

Removing  

CAUTION: 

-

Switch off all electrical components.

-

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

-

Open eyeglass compartment - 1 - and release center covers - 2 - and - 3 - of interior/reading light - arrow -.

-

Release diffusion lens - 1 - for interior/reading light - arrow -.

-

Remove bolts - arrows -.

-

Pivot front interior light downward and remove from roof trim. 

NOTE:   - Left arrow - is dependent on construction version. 

-

Disconnect electrical harness connectors.

Installing 
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following: 

-

Engage interior light and bolt on.

-

Press on interior light cover until it engages.
