Remove belt buckle - 1 - screw - 4 -.

Disconnect wiring harness on connector - 2 - that leads to Seat Occupied Recognition Control Module (J706) wiring harness.
Installing
To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order. When doing so, note the following:

Replace the seat belt latch bolt.

Ensure cable is secured in position - 3 -.
‹› If the passenger occupant detection system seat belt latch is replaced, fill out the system registration sheet with the serial number and bar code
label from the new seat belt latch and send it to the importer.
Tightening specification: - 4 - 34 Nm
