Guide Seat Occupied Recognition Pressure Sensor (G452) and Seat Occupied Recognition Control Module (J706) from above through seat pan
without disconnecting connectors. 

-

Pull the crease between seat pan and Seat Occupied Recognition Mat -  1 - so that it is smooth (free of folds).

-

Secure the Seat Occupied Recognition Mat - 1 - with the clips - 2 - and - 3 - (Qty. 2).

Seat Occupied Recognition Control Module (J706)

Installing

-

Secure Seat Occupied Recognition Pressure Sensor (G452) - 4 - on bracket - 9 -. 

-

Secure Seat Occupied Recognition Control Module (J706) with bolts - 2 - (Qty. 2) to 2.5 Nm.

Connect connector - 6 -.

Upholster the seat pan, thereby all upholstery clips must be attached and be installed at the original position:

‹› Standard seat: Standard seat => [ Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery, Standard Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Seat

Upholstery, Covers/Front Seat Pan Covers and Upholstery, Sports seat => [ Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery, Sport Seat ] See: Body and
Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Seat Upholstery, Covers/Front Seat Pan Covers and Upholstery.

‹› Electric seat: Standard seat => [ Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery, Standard Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Seat

Upholstery, Covers/Front Seat Covers and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats, Sports seat => [ Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery, Sport Seat ] See:
Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Seat Upholstery, Covers/Front Seat Covers and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats.

Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
