Open sliding roof approx. 10 cm (3.9 in.).

Spread retaining clips and slide headliner toward rear.

Apply adhesive tape to retaining clips at left and right so that clips cannot engage in sliding roof panel with sliding roof tilted.
CAUTION! With sliding roof tilted, headliner retaining clips must not engage in sliding roof panel, as otherwise silding roof can no longer be
closed without damaging mechanical parts.

Close sliding roof, tilt and slide headliner forward.

Press headliner over water channel and remove from sliding roof opening toward rear.
Installing
CAUTION! Before installing headliner, and with sliding roof panel installed, headliner retaining clips must be covered with adhesive tape.
