Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Temperature Regulator Flap Motor, Replacement

Removing and installing temperature regulator flap motor -V68- with position sensor -G92-

-

Remove plenum tray.

-

Remove entire windshield wiper assembly.

-

Remove cover -A-.

-

Remove screws -C-.

-

Remove temperature regulator flap motor.

Install in reverse order of removal noting the following:

-

Ensure gasket -B- is properly installed on cover -A-.

-

Check temperature flap for ease of movement before installing flap motor.
